Erik founded Ask Erik Computer Services in 2006 in Seal Beach, California, and brought the practice to Eugene, Oregon in 2017. For nearly two decades, he's been the person local business owners call when they want straight answers about technology.
The short version
I'm a Microsoft Partner, AI-certified IT professional, and the person you call when technology stops making sense. I serve established businesses in Lane County — with a focus on dental, medical, and legal practices that take compliance seriously.
Before IT, I was the President of the Seal Beach Chamber of Commerce and a founding board member of the Seal Beach Police Foundation. Community involvement isn't a marketing strategy for me — it's just how I operate.
In Eugene, I'm a BNI Hall of Fame member. My clients are business owners who want a long-term technology partner, not a break/fix vendor who disappears between disasters.
The way I work
I document everything. I explain in plain English. I return calls. I plan ahead instead of reacting to fires. If something breaks, I tell you why it broke and what we're doing so it doesn't happen again.
